The K1 Prime can be used for preparing glass disks (beads) for XRF, or for preparing peroxide or pyrosulfate fusions. It is an electric fluxer that fuses samples without flames. An optional solution stirrer provides for ICP and AA solution making ability. You can also do solid oxidations with the K1 Prime. This unit allows you to achieve a throughput of up to 5-7 samples per hour. The K1 Prime brings the ultimate in fusion accuracy together with all the advantages of electric power: controlled heating, energy efficiency and ease of installation - now with a sleek touch-screen interface, a safety shield and even more robust components than the original K1.

The Katanax® X-300 is used for preparing glass disks (beads) for XRF, or for preparing peroxide or pyrosulfate fusions. You can also do solid oxidations with the X-300. This unit allows you to run up to 3 samples at a time achieving a throughput of up to 15 samples per hour. Since the molds are in the furnace with the crucibles, you also have optimum conditions for pouring. This fusion fluxer can be pre-configured to your needs. It also allows the user to expand the unit to two or three positions.

The Katanax® X-600 fluxer is the next generation in electric fusion, offering new enhanced features for unparalleled results. Used for preparing glass disks (beads) for XRF, or for preparing peroxide or pyrosulfate fusions. You can also do solid oxidations with the X-600. This unit allows you to run 6 samples at a time achieving a throughput of up to 30 samples per hour.
